High temperature gas titanium powder sintered filter has achieved a triple breakthrough in filtration accuracy, environmental tolerance and service life through material composite innovation and precise structural control. It is suitable for harsh working conditions such as pharmaceutical GMP workshops, food aseptic lines, chemical corrosive fluids, etc.
High temperature gas titanium powder sintered filter has strong filtering characteristics. After acid passivation treatment, it can withstand the corrosion of halides and organic solvents in the pH range of 1 to 14. It is especially suitable for hydrochloric acid injection filtration and seawater desalination pretreatment. The oxidation resistance of 316L layer at 600℃ is 3 times higher than that of ordinary stainless steel, avoiding high-temperature sintering blockage.
