Titanium metal powder filter is a porous filter element made of industrial high-purity titanium powder (usually 99.4% - 99.6% purity, containing a small amount of titanium alloy elements such as nitrogen, hydrogen, iron, manganese, etc.) as raw material, through powder classification, molding (such as cold isostatic pressing), high temperature and high vacuum sintering and subsequent mechanical welding processing.
