Brief introduction:

Self cleaning filter is designed for high viscosity liquids.The impurities on the surface of the screen can be effectively removed by mechanical scraping,and the screen is automatically cleaned by time/pressure difference.Filtration accuracy ranges from 30 to 1500 microns,it can be continuous online filtration,won’t generate filter consumables and no need manual cleaning.

Product principle:

When the water flows through the screen and the impurities are retained on the inside of the screen of the filter element.The clean water then flows out through the outlet.

The flushing cycle begins when a certain amount of particles accumulation and the pressure difference increases to a predetermined level.

It includes two steps:First,the automatic drain valve turns on the drainage outlet.

The motor then drives the cleaning brush inside the screen and the solids are discharged through the drain valve.

The filter provides continuous filtered water even during the rinse cycle. The whole working system is controlled by a smart box with a variety of control modes: differential pressure, time, manual and PLC.
