Filtration Process:

We make JPMG-318-R filter cartridge adopts a multi-layer design to improve the coalescer filter cartridge gas filter effect. The outer media layer can filter out silt, rust and other particulate pollutants, and the inner layer absorbs water and chemicals. The deep design makes the coalesced filtered liquid easier to remove. When droplets of liquids such as oil and water pass through the air flow channels formed by the tortuous fibers, they are captured by the ultrafine fibers inside the coalescer. The coalesced solid particles and liquid mist droplets undergo three processes: inertial collision, diffusion interception and diffusion, and finally achieve a purification effect that matches the mechanical equipment.
