Introduction:

Facet CAA43-5SB high flow coalescing filter cartridges are used to remove ultrafine solids and enhance water separation from jet fuel. The main advantage is balancing fluid flow and structural strength. Manufactured from a single piece of construction using various combinations of media, precisely arranged in multiple layers and pleats, wrapped around a coated perforated metal center tube, the coalescing cartridge is guaranteed for optimal performance.

CAA43-5SB Materials:

Our Manufactured CAA43-5SB coalescing filter cartridge uses imported high-grade environmentally friendly glass fiber filter paper, which is corrosion-resistant and temperature-resistant. When the liquid flow passes through the multi-layer filter media, the CAA43-5SB high-efficiency coalescer merges the small droplets into larger droplets, and the pore size of each layer of filter media gradually becomes larger, achieving a layer-by-layer deep cleaning filtration effect.

• All metal components are treated against corrosion 

• Screw base ends are injection molded, glass-filled nylon with locked-in gaskets 

• Buna-N gaskets—other materials are available on request

CAA43-5SB coalescing filter screw base ends are injection molded,glass-filled nylon.This screw base material offers superior strength and ease of maintenance—uniform threads,no shrinkage,no galling and no gasket to recover.A permanently affixed Buna-N gasket seals against the V-type knife edge mounting adaptor to provide a positive seal.It will not separate from the cartridge during installation or change out.
