Introduction: PartnerFilter makes the I-62887TB coalescer replacement with multilayer pleated medium design to provide superior on-site fouling capacity and has an efficiency of 0.4 micron.It’s a single-unit coalescer element,provided with a threaded base and open ends,as well as a combination of fiberglass media and pleated media.Its threaded base is recommended for most applications.It simplifies installation and replacement by eliminating the need for cover plates,center plates,nuts,washers. It is used in the Parker Velcon and other separator filters.Threaded base adapters can be used to convert containers that currently use open end elements.

I-62887TB coalescer have one or more layers of pleated media inside molded fiberglass laminated cylinders to provide a larger particle filtration surface area. Use pleated ripples and separate materials to keep the pleats open for full use. • The composite glass fiber and fold medium coalescers mainly remove particles from high surface area fold cores. • All glassfiber media aggregator combines deep particle filtration with deep coalescence structure. • The all-glass fiber design has a continuous thinner dielectric layer to achieve deep filtration of particles.

Notes: • I-62887TB separation is possible if the liquids are immiscible, have different specific gravities, and high concentrations of surfactant are not present. • As a rule of thumb, if the mixture sample separates easily within an hour or two, a coalescing device may be used. If the mixture does not separate after 24 hours, coalescence may not be working.
