PartnerFilter produces the HYDAC Filter Element 0160D020W/HC hydraulic oil filter Replacement- Type D for Pressure Line Filtration,it’s made of wire mesh material that can be cleaned and reused,saving much more cost.0160D020W/HC oil filter is a stainless steel wire mesh filter element for bearing lubrication systems (eg: turbine bearings),water filtration,treatment plants for cooling emulsions and protection filters.

Performance parameters：

On W and W/HC hydraulic oil filters, the warp and weft yarns are of equal strength,creating uniform openings in the screen.Filtered with stainless steel wire mesh filter element,the pressure drop is lower.Stainless steel pleated square mesh is supported in single or multiple layers.

General data

Filter Cleaning:

The stainless steel mesh element can be cleaned again after use.However,only a certain cleaning level (percentage) can be achieved.For best results,components should be cleaned using professional equipment.But cleaning results are unpredictable.It depends a lot on various conditions

The finer the filter material,the worse the cleaning level

• Operating pressure:

The higher the operating pressure,the more firmly the pollutant particles are embedded in the filter media

• Particle type:

For example,if the pollutant is mainly composed of fibers,then the level of cleaning will be worse than if the pollutant consists of cube-type particles.
