23566938 Ingersoll Rand Screw Air Compressor Oil and Gas Sepa

Introduction:

The special oil and gas separator 23566938 of Ingersoll Rand screw air compressor adopts the ultrafine glass fiber produced by HV or Lydall.The air compressor filter element is designed to remove at least 99.9% of the oil and gas mixture from compressed air. In addition, a newly developed two-component adhesive with higher bonding strength enables the diaphragm to function even at temperatures above 120℃.

Working principle:

23566938 air oil compressor uses micron grade glass fiber to separate gaseous oil from compressed air.The large oil droplets that coalesce from the gaseous oil will then gather under gravity.Finally,the accumulated oil is returned to the compressor oil circuit.In this regard,the micron separation minimizes the fuel consumption of the air compressor.

Parameter: 

1. Initial saturation pressure drop:≤ 0.02MPa 

2. Oil content after separation:≤5 ppm 

3. Under the condition that the pressure drop is not greater than 0.1MPa,the oil and gas separator can be used for at least 4000 hours. 

Remarks: 

The above parameters are obtained under rated working pressure and rated flow conditions.Besides,the maximum temperature does not exceed 120℃.The use of GB/T7631.9-1997 specified DAH lubricating oil.Oil content before separation does not exceed 3000ppm.
