PartnerFilter makes different types coalescer and separator with synthetic and teflon material,the Facet SS644FD-5 synthetic separator cartridge feature a specially developed treated hydrophobic media.This media provides improved separation of fine water drops compared to standard Teflon screen.An ultrasonically seamed tube of the synthetic screen is placed around an epoxy coated metal shell,then adhesive bonded to metal end caps with gaskets.

SS644FD-5 separator has the distinctive Facet Velocigard which provides balanced flow of product throughout the cartridge.All metal components are treated to resist corrosion. The maximum recommended operating temperature is 240°F.Other gaskets, adhesives and metal materials are available for compatibility under extreme working conditions.

We make SS644FD-5 separator cartridges are Beta grade. Excellent filtration performance. The Beta X = 1000 number means that for every 1000 particles of size x in the fluid, on average only one particle will pass through the filter.

Filter Membrane Material:

Our Manufactured SS644FD-5 oil separator uses high-performance Teflon filter material. Moisture resistance: the surface of Teflon does not stick to water and oil. If there is dirt, can be removed by simply wiping it. Temperature resistance: does not become brittle at freezing temperatures and does not melt at high temperatures. Wear resistance: smooth surface has a very low coefficient of friction. Corrosion resistance: almost immune to any kind of chemical corrosion.
