P-SRF 05/25 Ultrafilter Air Oil Compressor Filter Element Replacement

Introduction:

P-SRF 05/25 is a depth filter element with inner and outer liners and end caps made of stainless steel and the filter material is glass fiber. For all particles of 0.01µm and above, the P-SRF air filter element has a retention rate of ≥99.99998%, ensuring safe and sterile filtration of process gases.

Performance parameters：

Material:

We make P-SRF 05/25 ultrafilter air oil compressor filter replacement uses a single unit structure to reduce the number of gaskets and improve overall reliability. P-SRF 05/25 compressor filter  have one or more layers of pleated media inside molded fiberglass laminated cylinders to provide a larger particle filtration surface area. Use pleated ripples and separate materials to keep the pleats open for full use.

• The composite glass fiber and fold medium coalescers mainly remove particles from high surface area fold cores.

• All glassfiber media aggregator combines deep particle filtration with deep coalescence structure.

• The all-glass fiber design has a continuous thinner dielectric layer to achieve deep filtration of particles.
