Description:

 BW30HR-440i Filmtec Reverse Osmosis Membrane adopts BW30HR membrane technology and 28mil water inlet channel, which has better dirt resistance, cleanability and higher filtration cleaning efficiency. The biggest advantages are high water production and high salt rejection rate.

Performance:

• Provide high quality infiltration water while minimizing capital expenditure and operating expenditure

• Provides larger active area with efficient cleaning performance, robustness and durability thanks to its widest cleaning pH range (1-13) and chemical resistance and the support of DuPont technical representatives

• Includes interlocking end caps to reduce system operating costs and risk of poor water quality from leaking O-rings.

Technical Parameters:

 • Permeate flow and salt (NaCl) rejection based on the following standard test conditions:2,000ppm NaCl,225 psi(15.5 bar),77°F(25°C),pH8,15% recovery.

• Flow rates may vary from element to element but will not exceed ± 15%.

• Generally,stable desalination effect can be achieved by continuous use for 24-48 hours;it depends on the water supply characteristics and operating conditions.

• Sales specifications may vary due to design modifications.

• The effective area is guaranteed to be ±3%.

• For pH values above 10, the maximum temperature for continuous operation is 95°F (35°C).

• See cleaning instructions in Specification Sheet 609-23010.

• Under some conditions, the presence of free chlorine and other oxidants can cause premature membrane failure.

Because oxidation damage is not covered under warranty, our Water & Process Solutions recommends pre-treatment to remove residual free chlorine before membrane exposure. Please see Technical Bulletin 609-22010 for more information.
