Brief introduction:

BPS-304-CAS is widely used in beer industry,it’s made of inert and highly asymmetric PES membrane material,which provides validated microbial retention to typical spoilage organisms,whilst protecting the beer’s organoleptic qualities to preserve a fresh taste and a long shelf-life once packaged.Combined with hydrophilic properties for easy integrity testing,BPS-304-CAS filter provide assured performance throughout their service life.

BPS-304-CAS filter has been designed to provide a cost effective solution to beer stabilization by providing increased process control with increased operational efficiency.

• FMaximum pressure drop: 3.4bar for pleated fiberglass 3.4bar for pleated deep polypropylene (PP) 1.03bar for MBPP

• Recommended maximum filtering water flow: 660L/min for 20inch filter 1300L/min for 40inch filter 1900L/min for 60inch filter

• Filtering accuracy: 1micron 4.5micron 6micron 10micron 20micron 40micron 70micron 100micron

• Recommended pressure drop for filter replacement: 2.4bar 20℃

• Highest operating temperature: 121℃ for pleated fiberglass 82℃ for pleated deep polypropylene (PP) 65℃ for MBPP

Material:

We make BPS-304-CAS water filter using glass fiber coalescing filter elements made of high density gradient glass fiber. BPS-304-CAS is designed as a one-piece one-piece tube construction to reduce damage and leaks. The surface of the filter element has been treated with hydrophobicity and oleophobicity to meet the requirements of various precision levels.

• The composite glass fiber and fold medium coalescers mainly remove particles from high surface area fold cores.

• All glassfiber media aggregator combines deep particle filtration with deep coalescence structure.

• The all-glass fiber design has a continuous thinner dielectric layer to achieve deep filtration of particles.
