ZUI-H250X20DFP High Pressure Line Hydraulic Oil Filter

Description:

ZUI-H250X20DFP hydraulic oil filter housing is used to filter the mechanical impurities mixed in hydraulic oil and the colloid, asphalt, carbon residue generated by the chemical change of hydraulic oil itself to prevent the spool from sticking. It is installed on the pressure pipe of the hydraulic system to reduce the gap of the throttle hole and the blockage of the damping hole, and the failure caused by the rapid wear of the hydraulic components.

This hydraulic oil filter has the advantages of high precision, good filtering effect, convenient replacement of filter element and reduced maintenance cost of supporting machinery.

This hydraulic oil filter housing is made of glass fiber, which has the advantages of small pressure loss, high filtration accuracy, large pollution holding amount and large excess oil amount. Meets ISO standards. Filtration accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtration accuracy, filtration efficiency n≥99.5%, filtration ratio β3,5,1020>200.
